●   Sale or discounted items — Items purchased at a discount or marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for a refund, though they may be eligible for exchange if defective.

●   Products without original packaging — Hot sauce must be returned in its original, unopened bottle and packaging.

●   Custom or personalized orders — Custom-labeled bottles or personalized orders cannot be returned.

●   Products purchased over 30 days ago — Returns are not accepted after the 30-day return window has closed.
